For Albert Alguadich Jr., practicing law has always been about helping people navigate some of life’s most difficult and important moments with compassion, clarity, and trusted guidance. As a co-founding partner of Albert Matthews Law, Albert is dedicated to helping individuals and families throughout Fort Myers, Naples, Cape Coral, and Southwest Florida feel supported, informed, and empowered through every stage of their legal journey.

Originally born in New York and raised in Cape Coral, Albert developed strong ties to the Southwest Florida community from an early age. He attended Fort Myers High School before earning his undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida and later obtaining his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law.

After passing the Florida Bar in 2012, Albert returned home to Southwest Florida to begin serving the community that helped shape his values of fairness, integrity, and compassion. Over the years, he has worked with countless individuals and families facing complex legal matters involving divorce, child custody, family law, wills, trusts, estate planning, and civil litigation.

In addition to his legal experience, Albert also worked with the respected financial firm Edward Jones & Co., where he became a Financial Advisor holding Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. This unique background allows him to bring a broader perspective to many legal matters, especially those involving financial planning, asset protection, estate planning, and long-term family security.

Clients often appreciate Albert’s calm and approachable nature, as well as his commitment to listening carefully and putting their needs first. He understands that legal issues can feel overwhelming, emotional, and uncertain, which is why he works hard to provide responsive communication, practical guidance, and strong advocacy tailored to each client’s individual circumstances.

Outside of the office, Albert enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife Meghan Alguadich, beautiful daughter Fiona, and the many beloved friends and extended family members who mean so much to them.
